Hands on Workshop Manager required in Norwich

• Salary of up to £32,000
• Monday to Friday ONLY

Our Client is looking for a Hands on Workshop Manager to join their successful, growing team! This is a mainly front of house Workshop Management role, but there is a requirement to perform some technical duties so it is essential that you have a vehicle technician background.

Your key responsibilities as a Workshop Manager will be:

• Front of house Service reception
• Hands on in your support of our technicians, fitters, mechanics, and MOT testers in the workshop
• Have Team Leader experience and be able to mentor the team
• Ensure a fantastic customer experience whilst driving sales
• Interact with customers at the reception and over the phone
• Carry out administration duties including updating the stock system, reconciling cash/credit sales, and ensuring work practices & quality procedures are being followed
• Reinforcing Company policies, standards, and H&S regulations
• Be part of setting objectives for the team and manage their performance and bonus earnings
