The Role
We seek an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE and expertise in Residential Development to join their legal 500-ranked team in Norwich.
The Residential Development team represents a diverse clientele, ranging from small regional developers to large national firms, as well as affordable housing organizations, local governments, promoters, and landowners.
They regularly handle projects ranging from 5 to 4,000 homes, with some developments extending over a decade. This long-term involvement allows our team members to build strong, lasting relationships with clients while taking pride in the projects they help deliver.
Each team member plays an integral part in business development and client outreach, ensuring we consistently provide top-tier service to both new and existing clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, expanding team at a leading law firm known for its outstanding reputation. You'll be based in the Norwich office working alongside local colleagues and cross-office teams to deliver collaborative results.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE.
- You will have experience with Residential Development projects and a strong desire to specialise in this space.
- You should enjoy business development and marketing
- You should have a proven and strong history of billings.
- You should be ambitious and keen to progress and grow with the firm.
